Rooms & Rates

Rental fees cover the services of the housekeeper/cook and the property caretaker, all linens, kitchen and service ware. The rental fee does not include gratuities, food, beverages, or transportation. If our staff has exceeded your expectations and has made your holiday a memorable experience, a gratuity would be most welcome.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A $500 US security deposit is required and will be refunded provided there has been no damage to the property or contents.

**One week stay at Christmas (12/20/2008 to 01/03/2009) $4,500 US.

Refunds are available on deposits up to 60 days prior to arrival, less a 10% administration fee.
